The water here doesn't come over the top of anything. It comes out of the hillside, springs emerging through the moss across a hundred and seventy five feet of rock, which is why it looks like a curtain instead of a waterfall. I'd wanted to photograph it for years and finally went on a grey, rainy afternoon that turned out to be exactly the right weather for it.
