We were driving back to camp with a storm front rolling in and the sky starting to go off, and I was desperate for somewhere to stop. This meadow of golden banner was the first place that worked, so I hopped out and scrambled for a composition while my family thought I was nuts. I got a few frames before the light went out, and then the rain came down across the valley.
